Information and purposes
We use the contact details, travel dates, group information and project details you provide to answer enquiries, prepare proposals and manage bookings or services. The legal bases are steps requested before a contract and performance of that contract; statutory reporting and billing use the relevant legal obligations. Site security and dispute management rely on legitimate interests.
Contact forms prepare an email in your email application. They do not automatically send it or submit it to a site database. You must send the message yourself. Do not include payment-card details or identity documents in these forms.
Booking and service providers
NoBeds is an external booking service. Opening it connects your browser to NoBeds, which can receive your IP address, technical information and the data you enter. Any payment is handled by the provider identified during booking. Read those services’ privacy information before submitting data.
Hosting, email and booking providers help deliver the service. Necessary information may be shared with the selected property’s operator and the people organising your welcome. Authorities receive legally required information. Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area; their privacy information describes the relevant locations and safeguards. Retention
Correspondence is retained for handling your request and following up the relationship. Contract and accounting records are kept for the applicable statutory periods and, where necessary, for a dispute. Information no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised. Your rights
