Join a scheduled physical inspection by video. Look at the terrace after rain, check a delivery or ask to see a particular room. Afterwards, receive the observations and agreed next steps.
Available as an agreed option, subject to appointment, mobile coverage and quotation. This is a shared visit, not continuous surveillance.

After meeting you and your pet, we can agree feeding, fresh water, litter care, company and suitable walks or garden time. Receive a photo update after each visit.
Separately quoted, with frequency suited to the animal. Visit-based care does not include overnight or veterinary supervision. We agree your vet, emergency contact and any special needs before starting.

Key Holding pays for the agreed visits, key custody and reporting. Preparing your return means practical tasks such as airing rooms and coordinating cleaning; it does not include home staging. For a rental launch or new photographs, our Studio catalogue applies, with a separate itemised quote.

When do I receive the inspection report?
A photographic report is sent on the day of each scheduled property inspection. It records observations and any proposed next steps.
Can you coordinate pool and garden maintenance?
Yes. We coordinate the appropriate professionals under the agreed scope. Their visits, products and invoices remain separate unless expressly included.
Can you visit more often than the standard plans?
Weekly or more frequent visits can be arranged according to need, availability and a separate quote. The standard monthly subscriptions retain their stated visit frequency.
Do you operate at weekends and on public holidays?
Support can be organised when required, under the agreed arrangements. Confirm availability and any additional charge in advance; this does not imply continuous surveillance.

Can you prepare the house before my flight arrives?
Airing, cleaning coordination, beds and linen, groceries and other agreed essentials can be arranged in advance. Send your arrival date and list of needs; purchases and provider costs are itemised separately.
Can you follow works while I am abroad?
We can be the local contact, obtain quotations, arrange authorised access and report progress within the agreed assignment. Specialist technical responsibilities remain with the appointed professionals.
