We provide the setting.
Casa Brava can be considered for intimate private gatherings, workshops, brand launches, creative meetings, shoots and light productions. The main service is venue hire: your external organiser manages the event.
Each request is assessed against the spaces, timings, participants and operational requirements. Availability and acceptance are confirmed individually, subject to the applicable permissions, capacity and insurance.

Gardens, terraces and selected spaces can be discussed for a clearly defined daytime programme. Catering, styling, technical equipment and event organisation are not automatically included.
No overnight stay is included. If accommodation is needed, partner-property enquiries are handled separately. No final event price or capacity is published before validation.

A place for your programme.
Creative team days
A small team meeting or brand presentation in a rural setting. A daytime programme with agreed spaces and breaks, organised by your team or provider.
Photography & light filming
A setting for a collection, portraits or a small production. Creative Location starts at €250 for the agreed access; crew, equipment and hours determine the quote. The same venue service has the same starting price in Studio.
These are possible formats to discuss, not scheduled activities. Acceptance depends on the programme and confirmed operating conditions.
FROM IDEA TO PROPOSAL
Four things we clarify together.
- Your purpose, preferred dates and number of participants.
- Spaces, arrival access, installation and restoration time.
- Weather alternative, electricity, toilets and supplier requirements, confirmed for the selected spaces.
- An itemised quote separating venue hire, agreed extras and external provider fees.
You appoint the organiser and suppliers. Catering, decoration, furniture hire and production are not included in venue hire. Accommodation at Monte Lusitano can be explored separately, subject to availability; it does not authorise an event at that property.
