Creative Location · from €250
Daytime access to agreed spaces for a photo shoot or light filming. This is venue hire, not a photography service. Duration, crew size, equipment, preparation and restoration time are quoted together. Larger productions and gatherings are assessed through Events.

Furnishing, outdoor spaces and renovation.
Can you furnish an empty home?
Yes. Furniture selection, sourcing, delivery and installation coordination can be defined within an agreed budget. This is a project quote, separate from the Refresh styling service using existing furniture.
Can the project include terraces and gardens?
Yes. Outdoor layout and presentation can be part of the property enhancement brief, with purchases, landscaping and specialist works priced separately.
Do you only coordinate small renovations?
No. Our experience includes the substantial transformation of Casa Brava and earlier property projects in Paris. Larger assignments are assessed individually with the appropriate trades and professionals.
Can Studio work outside the Loulé service area?
Yes. Project-based enhancement and renovation coordination can be considered across the Algarve, in the Alentejo and towards Lisbon, depending on scope and travel. This wider reach does not extend recurring Key Holding coverage.
